A Soil scoop is a bonsai tool used in repotting to transfer bonsai soil to the bonsai container. The soil scoop is designed to fit under the lower branches of the bonsai and is shaped to make soil distribution easy. Some soil scoops are fitted with screens to help sift out fines and dust.
