Soaker hose
From BonsaiWIKI
Soaker hoses are drip watering lines that are either perforated with laser-drilled holes or semi-porous, enabling water to be emitted throughout the length of the hose.
Soaker hoses come in 1/4" and larger diameters. the 1/4" size is a good size for use with bonsai. Using a T fitting, create a loop of soaker hose in a circle with a radius about equidistant between the trunk and container rim. Connect the T to the supply line tubing.
