Insect
From BonsaiWIKI
An insect is a bug with six legs and three main body sections, head, abdomen and thorax. Insects reproduce by laying eggs. Most insects have wings. The head is equipped with chewing parts. Some insects are vegetarians, others are predators that prey on other insects and bugs.
Aphids, ants, grasshoppers, and beetles are all insects that are potential pests. Many others insects have larval stages that consume plant material.
