Canopy
From BonsaiWIKI
A canopy is the mass of foliage that develops in a mature tree. As they age, trees tend to carry the bulk of their foliage primarily on the exterior of the plant at the end of branches and twigs, which concentrates the majority of the foliage in an umbrella-like shape.
